I have really learned to appreciate what the prophet, Joseph Smith and the early saints went
through in Liberty Jail. It is bone chilling cold here. I can't imagine how cold it must have been in the jail without heat or even sufficient blankets. I am so grateful for the sacrifice that was made by the early saints to restore the gospel of Jesus Christ to the earth. We are blessed to live in this day and age and have the knowledge that we have been blessed with.
